1. On each musician’s Mac laptop, open FLASHCUE Satellite, choose I GET THE CUES and type the musician’s name. It sits in the menu bar.
2. On the phone that calls the cues, open FLASHCUE and choose I CALL THE CUES. Each laptop appears as a colored button. A laptop can be the hub instead: open FLASHCUE Satellite on it and choose I CALL THE CUES (or switch from its menu bar).
3. Tap a button to flash that laptop. The musician clicks the square to say GOT IT.
4. Musicians can open FLASHCUE on their own phone and choose I GET THE CUES: pick their laptop and the phone flashes with it, or just type a name to get a button of their own with no laptop at all.
