FLASHCUE CONTROL for iPhone and iPad, and FLASHCUE Satellite for Mac · Updated October 8, 2026
FLASHCUE does not collect, store or share any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The apps never talk to a server of ours or anyone else’s.
The iPhone app and the Mac app find each other on your local network (Bonjour) and over Apple’s peer-to-peer Wi-Fi, and send each other cues directly: a musician’s name, a color, a sound on/off flag and a “got it” reply. That traffic stays between the devices in the room and never leaves it. This is why iOS and macOS ask you for Local Network permission.
The names, colors and settings you choose (and, on the Mac, where you put the square) are saved only on that device. Each app also keeps a small diagnostic log on the device itself so problems can be fixed; it is never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
The iPhone app is sold by Apple through the App Store; Apple handles that payment under its own privacy policy, and we receive no payment details. FLASHCUE Satellite for Mac is sold on this website through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes your card and email under its privacy policy. We use the checkout record only to confirm your purchase and give you the download — including when you use “I already bought it” with your checkout email. We never sell or share it.
FLASHCUE is a tool for music sessions and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Questions: trevbeatsmultimedia@gmail.com.
