CHART MAKR — Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026 · Applies to the CHART MAKR app for iPhone and iPad

The short version: CHART MAKR does not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your music and your charts stay on your device unless you choose to send them somewhere.

1. Who we are

CHART MAKR is made by TrevBeats Multimedia LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: trevbeatsmultimedia@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

None. CHART MAKR has no sign-in, no user accounts and no servers of ours that the app talks to. We do not collect names, e-mail addresses, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information.

3. What the app uses on your device, and why

Files — when you open a MIDI file or a recording, you pick it yourself through Apple's Files picker or share sheet. The app reads it on your device.
Recordings — when you open a recording, the app listens to it on your iPhone or iPad to write the notes down. The audio is never uploaded.
Bluetooth / USB MIDI — to receive notes from a MIDI keyboard you connect for PLAY IN. No data leaves the device.
Your songs — the charts and corrections you save in SONGS are kept in the app's own storage on your device.

4. Sharing and exports

EXPORT makes a PDF or a picture on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet (AirDrop, Files, Mail, Print and so on). Where it goes is entirely your choice; the app does not send anything anywhere on its own.

5. Purchases

CHART MAKR is a paid app sold by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details. Apple's handling of purchases is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Third parties, analytics and advertising

CHART MAKR contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and it does not track you across apps or websites.

7. Children

CHART MAKR is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.

8. Your data, your control

Everything the app creates lives on your device. Deleting a song or the app deletes that data. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, export or erase on request — but you can always write to us with questions.

9. Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
